Privacy Policy
Effective August 29, 2026
Overview
Lead Desk is a private business application operated by CSR Solutions, Inc. This policy explains how Lead Desk uses information obtained through the Google People API. The public website itself does not accept client records, provide access to the private application, or use advertising trackers.
Google information used
With the authorized user’s consent, Lead Desk may access Google Contacts information such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses, birthdays, contact identifiers, and contact-group membership. Lead Desk requests only the Google permissions needed for the enabled Contacts workflow.
How the information is used
- Compare durable Lead Desk client records with existing Google contacts.
- Present exact, possible, and unmatched results for review.
- Create or update a Google contact only after the authorized user approves the proposed action.
- Add a Lead Desk client label and a clearly marked Lead Desk note block when approved.
Google user data is not used for advertising, sold, or used to build profiles unrelated to the Lead Desk contact-management purpose.
Storage and protection
Lead Desk runs in a private environment restricted to authorized devices. Google authorization files are kept outside the public site and application releases. The public site contains no Google contact data or client records.
Sharing
Google user data is not shared with data brokers, advertisers, or unrelated third parties. Information is transmitted to Google only as needed to perform an approved Contacts action through Google’s API.
Retention and deletion
Contact comparison data is retained only as needed to operate and verify the private Lead Desk workflow. The authorized user may revoke Lead Desk’s Google access through the Google Account permissions page. Local Google authorization and comparison data can then be removed from the private Lead Desk environment.
Changes
This policy may be updated when Lead Desk’s Google integration or information practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
